Change my delivery address
It is unfortunately not always possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed. Contact customer service as soon as possible, and we will check whether the warehouse has not yet processed the order.

Can I order as a guest?
Yes, you can shop as a guest without creating an account. Simply add the items to your basket, go to checkout and enter your delivery details.
How do I receive my order confirmation?
You will automatically receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been completed. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on the delivery method and order size. You can see all delivery prices and estimated delivery times on our delivery information page or in checkout.
Which delivery companies do you use?
We ship with FedEx, depending on the delivery option selected in checkout.

What happens if I am not home?
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the parcel may be delivered according to the carrier’s local delivery options. You will receive updates via your tracking link.
My parcel has not arrived
Please first check the tracking link in your email and any delivery updates from the carrier. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact customer service and we will help you further.
An item is missing from my order
Please open all boxes and bags you have received. Smaller products such as locks, T-shirts and protection can be packed together with larger items such as scooters.
Returns & exchanges
How do I return my order?
You can register your return online. Follow the instructions on the return page and send the parcel as described there. If you have questions about your return, write to [email protected].
How long do I have to return?
You can return your products for up to 1 year after you have received the parcel.
How long does a return take?
It can take up to 15 working days, Monday to Friday, before the parcel reaches our warehouse and we have processed your return.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Go to the exchange page and follow the instructions. Questions about exchanges? Write to [email protected].
Can I return everything?
No. Customised items, services and products changed according to your wishes cannot always be returned. Read more in our terms and conditions.
Claims
I received the wrong product
We are sorry for the mistake. Please check whether the barcode on the product matches the delivery note. If not, contact customer service.
Defective product or manufacturing fault
If your product has a defect or manufacturing fault, you have the right to make a claim. Create a case via the claims form here, and our customer service team will review the case and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
Damaged parcel
If the parcel was damaged on delivery, please send pictures of the packaging, label, internal protection and the product to our customer service.
Did you receive several tracking links?
In some cases, an order is sent in several boxes. They may be delivered at different times, even if they were sent together.
Do I have a warranty on my products?
Yes. All products are covered by the statutory right of complaint. In the event of faults or defects, you may be entitled to repair, exchange or refund, depending on the specific case. If you have questions or need to make a claim, you are welcome to contact customer service or use the claims form here.

How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order by visiting our order tracking page. Enter your details to see the status of your order.
Delivery time?
To see the estimated shipping time please continue to the shopping cart, or visit our shipping info page. If you have already placed an order you can see your order progress on My order page or track the order directly on the order tracking page.
- Damaged goods?
Was your parcel damaged when it arrived? Did the carrier tape it? Or is there anything else that indicates that the item may have been lost in transit? If so, please send an email as soon as possible to [email protected] with photos of the damaged packaging, shipping label, internal protective packaging, and the damaged item itself. - Did you receive two tracking links?
In some cases, we will ship your order in two boxes. Your order will be sent the same day but isn´t necessarily delivered together. In these cases, you will be informed by E-mail, where we send you the links for tracking. You can also track your order directly here. - My product has a defect
If one or more of your products have a defect due to a manufacturing error, you have the right to complain about this. In such cases, please fill out the form here.
An item is missing from my order
If you believe that a product is missing from your order, please do the following:
Make sure to open all the boxes and bags you have received. Our warehouse always packs your products as tightly together as possible to save space and materials. You will most likely find smaller products such as locks, T-shirts and protective gear packed together with larger items such as scooters.
I received the wrong product
We´re sorry if you have received the wrong product!
Please double-check, if the barcode on the product, match the barcode on the packing sheet.

Return and Refunds
How do I return my order?
Wish to return something to us? No problem, please follow the instructions in this link.
How much time do I have to return my item(s)?
Why not have the right to return your items for a long time? We ask ourselves the same questions and decided to EXTEND your return rights. We offer 365 days right of return! You can return your products up to 1 year after you receive your package.
Can I return any items?
No. It is not everything you order that can be returned. You can't return services or any other items that you have asked us to perform service(s) on or modify in any way nor customization in any to your needs. Read more in Clause 5.B of our Return terms and conditions.
