Our shipment acc. manager has created this overview containing the most essential information about delivery time, delivery options, and tracking.
Shipping time
Typically your shipment will be delivered wihtin 3-6 business days for order with all items in stock. The estimated shipping time will be displayed during checkout. Please note that we do not ship partial deliveries for items in backorder - your order will be shipped when all items are in stock.

The shipping prices are detamined by the chosen delivery method and order value:

-Some of our products are classified as oversized by GLS and will therefore be shipped with DSV. There will be no extra costs and we will send you an email with your DSV tracking number. Please note that there may be longer delivery times for orders containing oversized items.
- Currently, we do not ship to islands in the UK, such as Jersey, Gurnsey , and Shetland Islands.
Tracking:
When our warehouse is packing your order, we will send you an email containing a link with the Track & Trace information of your parcel. Soon after when the carrier acquires your parcel they will send you tracking information as well. You can see your order under my orders, or track it directly with your order id and email here.
No Brexit Fee:
As a British registered company we deliver your packages as usual. Our prices are as stated in checkout, and there won´t be any unexpected customs charges or tax. ALL prices include VAT and Customs Duty. EORI #: GB 369 530 275 000. Read more in our Terms of trade.
