Does Euro Skateshop have physical store?

Yes, we have two stores in Denmark, one in Copenhagen and one in Ringsted,
: Uplandsgade 70, 2300 Copenhagen S and Thorsvej 19 A, Ringsted.. Here you get professional help and advice.

When will I be charged to my credit card?

Your card will not be charged until we ship your package.

How is my order delivered?

Euro Skateshop sends the goods with GLS. Goods are often shipped on the same day of the order (if we have the goods in stock).

1.1) How can I find a special product?

In the search field, you can search for a particular product, brand or a product category, or you can also use the direct links to the product categories.

1.2) How do I know if the item I want to buy is in stock?

We are constantly updating our website. If you have the misfortune to order a sold-out item, you will be contacted with an offer of a better product for the same price.

1.3) Why is Euro Skateshop products so cheap?

EuroSkateshop is primarily a webshop. In addition, we strive to import the goods directly from the manufacturer and therefore we can offer you goods at a lower price.

2) Order and Payment

2.1) Can I order by mail or phone?

No, unfortunately are we not able to receive orders via e-mail or over the phone. All orders must be placed via our website.

2.2) Do I get an order confirmation?

Once you have confirmed your order, the order confirmation will automatically be sent to your e-mail. The order confirmation will list the items you ordered and have paid for.

2.3) How can I track my order status?

Once your package is shipped you will receive an e-mail with Track & Trace details of GLS, then you can follow your package.

2.4) What shipping options do I have?

Euro Skateshop ship goods with GLS or DPD.

2.5) What happens if the item lost in the delivery?

Euro Skateshop will report missing package with the shipping company. This request will take 10 working days, and if the package does not show up on time, your order will be executed again.

3) Return and Right of cancellation

3.1) Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, you have a 365-day return policy. The goods must be unused and in original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. You have two options if you want to return a product.
1. You can deliver the product for free at our stores (address: Uplandsgade 70, 2300 Copenhagen S or Thorsvej 19 A, Ringsted, Denmark.

3.2) What do I do if the product is faulty upon delivery?

If you receive an order that is damaged, please send an email to costumer-service with the order number and pictures

3.3) Can I cancel an order?

It is not possible cancel an order that has already been placed as our system is automated. Have you accidently placed a double order, please contact our customer service.

4) Shipping and Delivery

4.1) When does Euro Skateshop ship the order?

We strive to ship the goods on the same day if the order is placed before 3pm (if the goods are in stock).

4.2) How long does the delivery take?

Usually the delivery is 3-5 business day. Please note, this is an estimate and the delivery time might be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and peak season

4.4) What can I do if the shipment is damaged?

If you receive an order that is damaged, please send an email to costumer-service with the order number and pictures If your package has been damaged during the shipping, we ask that you take pictures of the label, all sides of the packaging and the product. Then we will find a solution..

4.5) What do I do if there is a product missing in my package?

If you receive your package and there is product missing from your order, please check the enclosed packing sheet and contact costumer service.

5) Repair and Warranty

5.1) What is the warranty for products purchased at EuroSkateshop?

If the goods have manufacturing or material defects, you have 2 year material warranty on their products from the day you receive the products have. Some manufacturers offer warranty over two-year warranty. If further questions of warranty you can contact Euroskateshop's Customer Service via [email protected].

5.2) How do I make a complaint about a faulty product?

Once you have made a complaint, you will be contacted by the the complaint department within 14 days.
