It is important that you measure your elbow precisly and directly on the skin, you get the best possible result. You get the size of your elbow by measuring around the arm by the elbow. Use measuring tape and take a look at the tabel below, shown in centimeters. If you have any doubts about the size, feel free to contact our support.
Note that the tabel below only is guiding.

Since we use our arms and hands fro everything, it is important not the injur them. And it would in general just suck pretty bad not being able to bend the arm, so elbowpads are very important. The do however have to fit perfectly and ot bother anything or cause trouble, so take a look at out guide below and choose the perfect size just or you.
