When you measure your knees you have to make sure that you do it under the kneecap, to get the correct measurements. It is important that you measure directly on the skin and not on the outside og yoour clothes, to get the better results. Use maesuring tape and check the tabel below, which shown in centimeters. If you are in doubt about the size, feel free to contact our support.

Pads have to fit as perfectly as possible, so they don't irritate or are in the way. Below you'll find out guide for how to avoid this and therefore get your knees properly protected. I ordered a medium, it thicker than I thought it feels like walking around in a bath robe, with a waterproof coat over it, I stood under my shower with it on and around 10mins I got bored and got out and I was still dry and so was my phone in the pocket, perfect for my hikes/walks even walking to work, best part I won't have to worry about the snow, I'm going to be snug as a bug in this coat, highly recommend, Only thing if you get hot easily this defiantly won't be the coat for you,
