The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing European Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

The following terms and conditions are valid for sale apply to purchases of goods on EuroskateShop.uk for delivery in England except Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Shetland Islands. Mentioned areas will submit a tax.


EuroskateShop receives payment with VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped, and you have received a tracking number by E-mail.

EuroskateShop encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Any additional costs for eg. Shipping or payment fees will be shown immediately before your payment. If you choose to pay via PayPal, fees may be charged by the provider who are outside EuroskateShops custody.
Please contact our customer service or the provider to be informed if your order may be added to an additional fee if you choose PayPal as the payment method.

How to shop at EuroskateShop

To make a purchase at EuroskateShop, go through the one-checkout system.

1. Find the item(s) you want and put them in the shopping cart, then go to check out
2. Enter your personal information
3. Select shipping and payment method
4. Accept our terms and conditions
5. Check if all information is correct and approve the purchase

The amount will be withdrawn when the goods are shipped from EuroskateShop. We can never withdraw a larger amount than you have approved at the time of purchase.

The webshop is open 24 hours a day, but it may happen that we close the store for a short while due to the maintenance of the site. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

You can change the items in your shopping cart until you confirm your order. Once your have placed your order it is not possible to change the delivery address or the items in the cart.

You are required to provide the correct address, mail and phone number for the delivery. Euroskateshop reserves the right to withhold or cancel any order with incorrect shipping information. It is the costumer's own responsibility to inform the shipping company of any incorrect shipping information.

Your receipt for the purchase

Once you have ordered an item with us, you will receive a receipt per E-mail that acts as our confirmation of receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been made once you have received this order confirmation from us. Remember to check your spam filter and add our email to your contacts to be sure to receive ongoing emails about shipping etc.

To get your item delivered you must pay a freight. The freight is 4 £ and we deliver with GLS or DPD Carrier to your front door.
Orders above 49£ is free shipping.


If your order contains stockholder products, all orders purchased before 3 p.m. usually shipped the same day. Normal delivery is two to four business days after order delivery. In the case of goods that are out of stock you will be contacted with a new delivery-date per. mail.

Your items are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark and due to weekends and Holidays in Denmark, the shipping date can be delayed. Please check the website about information for closed days at the warehouse. We will send your order on the first Business Day after order date.

365 Days of Withdrawal rights

When you shop online, you usually have 14 days of cancellation, where you can inform us that you have regretted the purchase and returned the item to us. At EuroskateShop.it we provide an additional service for our customers, which means you have a total of 365 days to cancel your purchase. The cancellation right will run from the day you receive the item. If the deadline expires on the weekend or Holiday, it is the first following Business Day that counts.

To make use of the right of withdrawal, you must provide us with an unambiguous statement within 365 days of receipt of the goods. You inform us about this by writing an email to sales@euroskateshop.com and then return your item to us.

We note that the item you return to us must be unused and in a closed container before you can use the right of withdrawal. The right of cancellation therefore lapses if you use the goods in a manner that significantly reduces the value of the product.

Order items and pre orders are not covered by the cancellation right. If we order a particular item home to you from a manufacturer, with your consent, you cannot undo the purchase.


You may lose the right to return the purchase price or parts thereof if the value of the item is impaired because;

  • You really have taken the item in use
  • it has been damaged while you were responsible for it (this also applies to shipping on return, please pack the goods securely before sending them back to us).
  • You have handled the item differently than necessary
  • You have not followed restrictions in the right of withdrawal, such as sealing, sealing, etc. (If in doubt, please contact our customer service).


You can undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item(s).

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back. The amount will be transferred to the card you have paid with or on your bank account once we have received the item back and checked that it meets the cancellation policy. The amount will be in your care again within 10 business days.

The only cost you have when you regret is the postage to send the item back to us.

If you do not use the above return guide, you are responsible for your goods until they are registered on our inventory. Therefore, remember to ask the delivery center for a receipt when you ship your package.

Note! We do not receive packages sent per. COD.

Returns of major purchases

Returns for larger purchases over 700 GBP apply below:

For purchases over 700 GBP, the Danish Buying Law for Internet Trading is used. That is, 14 days full return on unopened seals and products not taken into use. If you buy for more than 700 GBP, you do not have 365 days full return, as you have at all other purchases on the website.

Partial deliveries

If your order consists of more products, we will usually send your order together. If one of the ordered products cannot be shipped within our normal delivery period, we will contact you to agree on a new delivery period. For the sake of the costs we cannot offer to pay for partial delivery in all cases, but we will strive to find a solution that is satisfactory for both parties.


If an order cannot be shipped within the agreed delivery period, we will contact you to inform you, if possible, of a new delivery date. If you wish to cancel the order, then we just regret that we have not been able to comply with our agreed delivery deadline.

Cancellation of orders

EuroskateShop may cancel your order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be informed if such a situation should occur. Any payment or reservation made on a payment will be canceled or returned.

When you trade with EuroskateShop.it agreements are entered in English or Spanish.


Your purchase with us is covered by the Purchase Act, which means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. You have by the law a 24-month warranty.

Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use / operation or maladministration.

By complaint, always means that you as a consumer must contact us within a reasonable time. That is, you must advertise a shortcoming as soon as possible after it is discovered and no later than 2 months after the error has been discovered.

EuroskateShop stands for all costs of a legitimate claim according to the law. However, it is important that you follow our guide contained above to comply with our terms of complaint.

vouchers/discount codes

We offer discount codes on a regular basis in connection with our marketing. These codes are valid only for limited periods and may be subject to special conditions. These conditions are clearly stated. These discount codes may be associated with specific products, selected customers, categories or brands.

When using a discount code, you must purchase for the minimum amount to use this if there is one. You cannot get a lost discount code after the order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per. order.

The discount codes are not personal and can be used by the holder. The discount codes have no contact value and cannot be redeemed for cash, receipts or similar.

In the event of fraud or in case of suspicion of illegal activity in redeeming discount codes, we are entitled to cancel the discount code, to cancel the order on which the discount code is used or blocked for your option to shop at EuroskateShop.uk
