How to complain a product
Complaint must be requested as soon as possible after a defect on a product has been found. We pay delivery and potential return costs if the complaint is approved. We pay repair costs or replacement of product(s) if the complaint is approved.
To create a complaint, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order number,
- Product Name,
- Detailed description of defective,
- Attach image of defect
*In the event that the above button / link does not work, please create a new mail to email@example.com from your mail program. This mail must contain: Order number, Product name, Detailed description of defect and Attached image of defect.
NOTE, we have a response time of up to 2 weeks.
